Gross

First off smells like feet. But then again it's a kid place. Their price is higher than any other place in area. Only one worker dressed unprofessionally asking assistance from little kids to run front desk. All bounce houses are standard square jump houses except one with a slide. Food and trash all over the floor throughout . Inside bounce houses was candy and trash as well as dirty band aids . It is a Saturday and they are dead but unable to staff or clean in any way shape or form sickening .

Going downhill

Been here a few times, my 3 year old likes it. But doubt we'll go back. Last time we went on a Friday night the only people working there were a few kids who looked no more than 15.

Older kids were causing havoc. Doing things unsafe on the inflatables & hanging from the ceiling. There was no supervision at all.

To top it off our friend turned in an iPhone someone left behind. The kids working the counter then proceeded to try & get into the phone & mess with it. Where the hell were the adults? Manager?

I question their work ethics leaving jueviniles to run their store.

Also the ladder up the big slide is very unsafe, I saw many kids fall down it trying to go up.

Do NOT go here when the older ...

Do NOT go here when the older woman is working! She is EXTREMELY rude to both adults & children. She is NOT the person I would want at the front counter of a children's establishment! She greets you with a scowl as you walk in. She needs a lesson in compassion & friendliness. It is VERY apprarent that she hates her job & children. I will NOT go back again if she is working!

Another time, my best friend & I were there, too, when a young girl broke her arm. I did not see anyone who works there around. We waited at the front counter for several minutes before an employee came up. (The child's parent had dropped her off & was not there. She had come to my friend for help.) The young girl did call 911 for us, though. I will say that I have not had any problems with any of the employees other than the older woman.

One man show

My sister and I took our children there and it was crazy that they only have one person working there! The girl at the front desk is suppose to greet and help customers and then if you need something from the snack bar she has to stop and run to the back. AND answer phones too! Get this girl some help! Not to mention when you try to call up there for hours, prices etc....no one answers the phone and there is no recording. The owners need to get a recording for callers. Other than that, it seemed to be pretty clean and there is a lot for kids to do....especially toddlers.

Never Going Back!

My kids and I used to be regulars, we came in every single weekend for a very long time now.

I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CHILDREN BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!!

For the first time, I saw what the owners real concern was, and it sure as heck isn't the customer service.

A young boy BROKE his foot, and it turns out that the Owner/ Operator was medically trained ( as I was told by an employee when it happened, and we were looking for someone to help him) but the woman REFUSED to help him!!!! She

"didn't feel like it", even though the parents of this young boy were begging someone to please help them.

I could not believe what I was seeing, and the young employee tried to help, but there wasn't anything she could do.

I now see that these people have no care for anything but their business, the money that is walking in the door.

These people need a lesson in Business Management, and Customer service.

Thats too bad for them, because I used to bring droves of people with me to play.

The attitude was horrible, just remember that when you bring your Children here.....

Great for Parties!

I took my daughter to a birthday party here last year and it was a blast.

They have a play area for the younger kids/toddlers and a large variety of bounce houses for the older children. They have seperate rooms for birthday parties which I think is great for privacy as well as organization.

The employee that helped with party was very sweet and great with the kids. Since my daughter had such a wonderful experience there, we're planning on having her 5th birthday there next month!

I would not recommend it

I took my kids to going apes and my son was playing got hit in the face with there foam stick which has a pole in the middle it cut his eye and it is now black. The lady at the front counter was very rude I got to going apes at 6:30 with my 3 kids and 5 nephews at 9pm were were told that we had to pay extra or leave that it was a 2 hour play. The ladt said that it was posted but then when she went to show me it was not posted I asked for owners number and she would not give it to me. She screamed at the kids and other kids several times. I will never take my kids to going apes in Burleson ever again.
