I have been using J Lopez Tire Shop on and off for at least 4 years now. I go to him for used tires with at least 95% tread left or with some insignificant minor defect. If you are an Uber driver or in food delivery this guy is a must. His "used" tires will run cost you $50 a tire no charge to change the tire. A new tire I think will cost you about $90 if I can remember correctly.
