I find it hard to believe that this place has been given any good ratings. We took our daughter here for a little over a month and unfortunately realized that this is not a caring, nurturing or educational environment. I watched the cameras as often as I was able to and saw several things that were distributing. The children are ignored, the staff does the bare minimum and there is considerable favoritism towards the employee’s children/relatives. When we approached the director about our concerns, she acknowledged them but basically told us that she has tried to work with her staff. She did nothing to correct the issue and just made excuses for it. She seems nice but in reality she just tells you what you want to hear and speaks out of both sides of her mouth. After finding a great daycare/school and seeing the differences, it compelled me to write about our experience to warn other parents. This place will merely just watch your children at best. I find it disgusting that they charge what they do and not provide an educational and nurturing environment. They only care about the money and the uneducated staff is very obvious in the quality of service and overall attitude.
