Provided by YP.comI had a great experience today. I will be paying more for this vehicle than my previous one but this one is brand new! There was no need to argue about price and the finance manager was able to get me a great deal without pressuring me to buy something I did not want. The sales rep even located the car for me and went to pick it up.

Provided by YP.comThe experience was great. I have been to tons of other dealerships and been completely overwhelmed by the process. The folks at Nissan of Burleson were patient and understanding of my needs. This experience was amazing!

Provided by YP.comDont go, its all a scam... I find a vehicle on the internet that had a price but of course when i get there that price has obviously changed. If you read the wording on there advertisement it states that the price includes rebates and tt&l, but of course they have add ons and what not. Its simple dont try and sale me a car by tricking me on a price and the major issue if i have my own financing why is it all of the sudden im losing my rebates... Its all a scam, the funny part is that they bad mouth other dealerships about there customer service when there service is worse off. I would rather go to another dealership which i did and i also went off of the internet price for there vehicle and i recieved there offer i writing and it worked out perfect. " oh and by the way the sales people will say that the drop sticker price is bottom line but when you let them know its cheaper on there internet they dont know what to say." STAY AWAY........its forcing me to give it a star but i was not wanting to add any......

Provided by YPmobileWhere to begin.... They screwed up the financing, it took 4 months of us calling weekly to get it worked out. They avoided calls and never called us back. Emailed gm and never got a response. After 5 months things were good waiting on plates. We finally called them and the plates have been there for 2 weeks, they called the wrong number. Lots can be forgiven, but honestly these people didn't give a crap about us and it showed....

Provided by YP.comWow. What an experience. We called on an SUV that was advertised on Autotrader and was informed that it was there by the "salesmanager" Chris and set out on our 100 mile journey to purchase the car. When we arrived, we were met by the usual group of wanna be shark salesmen and was advised that the car was sold that morning even before we called and let them know we were coming. Of course Chris never left the protection of the "manager" fishtank but sent out an underling to show us more expensive cars, imagine that...This place just underlines why people hate dealing with the lowest of the low salespeople. Ones that have to lie to get people ine the door. Caveat Emptor.

Provided by YP.comOur 2007 Nissan Xtera with 100,000+ miles was running fine until we had preventative maintenance performed by Nissan of Burleson. We wanted our car to run for many years to come and maintain a good resale value. We paid about $1400 for the dealership to replace the timing chain and some drive belts.
The day after we picked up our car, we noticed the heater was no longer working. A week later the car began over heating, and the dealership determined the car needed a new radiator. I find it ironic that the car was in good running condition, and there was no problem found with the radiator the first time we brought the car to the dealership.
The dealership was good to give us a loaner car the second time we brought the car.
