I have called this company 3 times and talked to Jesse, after not showing or calling for several days I called him back to set a day for an appointment, he said I'll be there tuesday, it's set in concrete. It's now Thursday no call or show, obviously he doesn't need the business and if this is how he treats customers before servicing I can't imagine his follow up.
