Worst service I have ever had. Items requested not received. Bread brought after the meal was done, butter dropped on the table and on my husband, no fresh butter was brought.

I eat there a lot. Generally the food is good . YoU can bet that sooner or later some real poor food will come out of that kitchen. Be especially careful when you get food to go. The y leave out items and this is where most of your food problems will show. Always check your order before you leave with your food. The cheerfully correct their problems. I just can't figure why it keeps happening. The Arlington location off I20 is always good.

Stop in Outback for a few beers and dinner. I sat at the bar where they had two employees tending. I sat for 5min before one of them ask me what I wanted. I got a beer and an menu. I waited for them to take my order. they were too busy talking to each other. I left

Ordered over the phone. The guy was super nice. Food was ready in 20 min. They were nice when we got there and gave us a drink while we waited (which wasn't long). Quick. Easy. Pleasant. Tasty! Wish I could order out every night.
