I have ordered from there a couple of times orders are never right to many kids running the show. Not professional service at all. Everyone standing around place smelled of cigarette smoke. And when I asked the counter help to get my order I placed she tried and give me someone's else's cold wrong order WTH ????? I will be going to Bella Vita next door from now on even if I have to pay a lil more.

Order was wrong and twice in a row the crust is not thoroughly cooked...even when I specifically told them it happened the last time.

Cold pizza after 45 min for takeout. Refused to refund. Sheriff told by kids they don't refund. Too bad. Take it and leave

I've gone into this particular Pizza Hut about eight or nine times And I've given them so many chances but every single time they seem to get my order wrong And here recently they started charging for Parmesan cheese and the little peppers that come in the bag for the pizza. I asked why they charge for these two items And the manager told me that the owner wanted to charge for everything she didn't want any free money going out the door I then told her that Papa John's did not charge for any of it and also did not charge for any of the sauces they are supposed to but they never do. She just told me that she had no control of it and the owner was a complete cheap @$$
