1) Both big toes bleeding within 5 minutes

2) leg exfoliating took literally 15-20 seconds per leg max!

3) massage a total of 5 minutes

4) entire DELUXE pedi was 30 minutes and not a minute more (I'm used to a minimum of an hour...I don't get the best pedi offered)

5) horrible polish job.



Manicure:

1) didn't trim or straighten my nubs

2) didn't clean my nails

3) that was enough...I stopped her at that point.



When I stood up to clean my nails and file them (she stepped away) I saw the dirty nail file she used on my toes which had definitely been used numerous times by all the different colors of polish and just nastiness on the file, the dirty scrub/sponge they clean your feet with (obviously used a time or two before), then I looked at the chair and the surroundings. I'm literally praying my toes don't get infected!



YES, I did pay for my service because they felt I had a service and should pay. I agree 99.9% of the time. I also tip 20-25%, 99.9% of the time.

Only thing i do like about this nail salon is very nice and clean great pedi's but nails I didn't like at all I'm a very picky person I guess it was just that person I no longer go there now

The place is super clean....okay prices...when you go ask for Nancy...This is the first person that has left my nails how I always aked for...it's been 5 years...Remember NANCY!!!!
