If I could give them zero stars I would. I took my truck in to replace a cam bolt and get it aligned. They even give a print out of the "detailed alignment" when I drove off it was clearly not aligned correctly. The steering wheel was not straight and pointed to the right. they were just closing their doors and I was unable to turn around since it is a one way street to let them know. When I called they at first offered to refund me my services they clearly did not provide along with the shop I took my truck to for a correct alignment - they now refuse to call me back. These people are crooks.

What a rip-off! Took my car for oil change, they forgot to secure the panel underneath the car and it got ripped up. He said it was too expensive for him to replace. Had him change the O2 sensors, he charged me triple what he said he would. He installed them incorrectly and it burned up the sensor. Had to take it elsewhere to get it fixed. He replace 4 NEW sparkplugs because 1 was cracked and charged us for all 4 again! Do NOT take your vehicle there. I complained to the BBB, and they won't even respond to the BBB.

Terrible!!! Took my car to redeem my Groupon for an oil change. The mechanic forgot to tighten the bolts on the shield under the car. Really tore the shield up driving it down the highway. Instead of replacing it, he did a "fix it". I did not complain about that. Had the O2 sensors changed on that car. Instead of telling me that it might take a time or two of driving for them to settle in, he told me I needed another part that cost several hundred dollars. Turns out I didn't need that part. Took another car in to find out why the check engine light was on. Had that car tuned-up just a few weeks prior to taking it to Superior Auto. The mechanic said that there was a cracked spark plug, so he replaced ALL of the plugs, including the good ones (and charged $35 each). Check engine light still on. He said it needed a new air duct. I took my car to Superior Auto to have the transmission fixed. The service was amazing and it was affordable compared to the other quotes I got. My car has been running like new. I will definitely be going back for all my car needs.

This place is amazing!! I have the worst luck with cars and I am always hitting a curb and knocking my car's alignment off among other issues so I have used this shop often and for more than just my routine oil changes. They have gone above and beyond the typical customer service from auto shops! I highly recommend them and will continue to come to this shop for all of my car issues.

Took in my Audi based on the outstanding reviews and they saved me $700 off the dealers quote. Nice work , done quickly and they informed me of every step along the way.. MY SHOP from now on!

Outstanding Service! These folks take the time to listen and understand what you want. I had a Jasper Transmission installed in my 2007 Dodge 2500. I dropped the truck off at 10:00 am Tuesday and They called me to tell me it was completed and ready to pick up at 8:30 the next morning! Remarkable!

I went into Superior Auto Repair to get my steering wheel realigned, it was pulling to the right. When I got there they said it would be about a 40 minute wait. I was just gonna wait for it so I sat in the lobby and started to read a book I brought. It turned out they were able to get me in about 10 minutes later. They were so nice and knowledgeable. I will refer my friends.

Disclaimer: I'm not a car expert and all I got was an oil change, but I'll definitely be coming back. I was helped by Shawn, the owner, and he was extremely friendly. I find other mechanics can have a tendency to talk to you like you're a moron (in fact, the mechanic down the road did just this when I spoke to him about an oil change first) but, Shawn was friendly through and through. Shawn made it clear to me that they would do the oil change, and IF I WANTED, they would check for any other problems. I said I only wanted the oil change today as I had to leave for Dallas soon, and that was that. My car was done in a timely fashion and as the previous reviewer said, I did not feel ripped off or have any issues with the work. Again, do keep in mind I just got an oil change, but for the price I paid and the vibe I got at the place, I'll certainly be coming back here.

I am very happy with what wad done on my vehicle. Everything was finished very quickly. I am a no non sense kind of guy and if there was one thing I didn't like, I would say it. But I have no complaints. You can trust Superior Auto Repair.

My oil was leaking so I went in, and in about 5 minutes they diagnosed the problem. By that afternoon it was all fixed. They were quick, kind, and very well priced.

My A/C went out in my car in the middle of the summer and I thought it was going to cost a fortune to fix and I'd probably be out of a car for a while, but to my wonderful surprise, I was wrong! They fixed it so quickly and for an incredible price!

The name says it all... Superior service, superior work, superior people! A place I and trust and rely on. I definitely recommend it!
