Provided by YP.comMy experience with the whole Kristina Dial practice, from the office staff to the attorney, has been horrible! I wouldn't recommend this attorney to my worst enemy. The previous reviews written were so correct! I've been waiting since 5/12 to get the final settlement from my ex-husband's retirement account. This office contracted that portion of the job with another attorney who has screwed the paperwork up not once but twice. So needless to say I'm looking at another 2 or 3 months of waiting. Furious can't even describe how I feel about what they've done - or I should say haven't done!

Provided by YP.comTHIS LAWYER IS HORRIBLE, I Don't even understand honestly how she even is an Attorney in the first place? All she does is tuck her tail between her legs and runs away when it comes to actual court room hearings- she's pathetic and has no concept of what representing a client means. SHE will GLADLEY accept your money- make you pay more- and then make you pay some more- and says she's doing this and that and that it cost all this money and charges you out the A** when in actuallity she's not even really doing anything at all- I used her as my divorce Attorney and she had me all hyped up During the 1st initial visit- then when it comes to facing the opposing counsel she cowars down and lets them have their way- doesn't even put up a fight- argument - nothing- just accepts what they say and then comes and tells you " well unfortunately" !!! Bad way to start conversations with your Cleints right? well thats exactly what she does.. She's Horrible DO NOT USE HER... Save Your bank account from being drained!! your better off either Representing yourself or using a Different Attorney- I'm willing to bet The Texas Hammer is better at family law then Ms. KRISTINA B. DIAL and he's not even a family lawyer he's a Personal Injury Lawyer!! THIS LAWYER IS HORRIBLE

Provided by YP.comI would not recommend her for representation in Johnson or Tarrant County Texas based on poor representation received by my child during a divorce. (I paid the initial fee) She would not return calls in a timely manner if at all, did not demand full discovery after it was shown that the discovery she requested was incomplete and altered, and did not act as if she had the best interest of her client at heart. Her final bill was also inflated in my opinion. $1,000.00 to type and file the final decree.
She also represented a friend of mine and would not pursue recourse after it was found that the defendant was hiding $ and lied about assets that were hidden.
I used Kristina years ago when she was a young attorney and she did a good job for me!
Something has changed.
