Here's what happened to me,
I called a spa repair shop
They came out and said I need a new pump and motor at a cost of $757.45 plus tax (ouch) and on top of that I had to pay $120.00 trip fee.

I decided to get a 2nd option so ,
I called the spa doctor, I told them what JR's did , They said they could come out for only a $ 65 dollar trip charge, and that included the first 30 minutes of work.
Will this is what happened

Rick from the Spa doctor came out and fixed my spa for only $81 bucks, YES ! only 81 dollars
heres the break down
$65.00 for the trip charge and $10.00 for a motor capacitor, plus tax's came out to be $81.18
as it turns out I only needed a capacitor
I could have save myself $120.00, if I had did my homework and called around to find out what others charge for the trip charge.
Rick did a great job, and he showed a few maintenance things that I can do to save money
