Stay away!!! After my hip replacement surgery, the hospital contacted this agency for home health care. The nurse who came to see me took my blood pressure and tried to upsell me speech therapy! She told me Medicare would pay for it. Then she copied my discharge summary. Carelink billed Medicare for skilled nursing for $250, which they paid. What a ripoff for Medicare. The so-called physical therapist, condescending and unpleasant, gave me the exact wrong instructions for an anterior hip replacement. He told me that if I got off my cane, climbed steps, or took long walks I would be sorry. I was not to do much for 3 weeks until he returned for another evaluation. The bill was $250 for this fiasco, and Medicare paid $375. Maybe he got extra for being nasty. I fired this agency the next day before they could rip off Medicare even more. I recovered beautifully without them. This agency was retarding my recovery.
