I have never met this kind of agent in Bay area. She yelled at me when I was trying to re-schedule my flight.

She told me why I wanna change my schedule..I replied dat I got sth emergent to do, so I have to change it no matter wht.



She said dat was my excuse, everyone got dis kinda stupid excuse when they wanna make changes..

She thot I was trying to buy da cheapest ticket and then postpone to da high season tix...

even I told her i can pay for da difference..



When I talked to her on da phone, i didnt hv any calender with me..so I couldn't specificly say which date i was goin to postpone to....so i told her da day...such as "dis coming sunday"...she was pissed when I didnt bring out da exactly date...

she yelled, "come on, there are sunday every week, how do i know which sunday are u talking abt?"



she's prob a deaf, i told her "this coming sunday".....



omg....i reli wanna cancel da tix at dat time, i dnt reli feel like i'm going to travel at all...



dis is how a travel agent should do with their customers? I heard ppl call her as a manager...

wut a good lesson in front of her employees, BAD ATTITUDES!!
