Exceeded expectations

Excellent place. Atmosphere is great, coffee is really good, food is perfect, and all wait staff is friendly. Had the eggs Benedict, loved it. The potatoes though on the side were worth stopping for. They have chicken and waffles, but only as a weekend special. Parking is on the street with meters.
