I have been a customer at this bank for 3 years and was forced to close my account today. After a year of servicing with your bank, I applied for a loan with nothing but my identification and check stubs. I walked out in 30 minutes with money and no problem. The following year, I tried to obtain the same loan but I was told that I needed all my rent receipts from my current dwelling, (I had been living there for 2 years), a letter from my credit lender stating that I paid on time, all the time, (although I logged into my account on their computer and showed them my payment history), and a current utility bill that showed a zero balance, despite your bank reporting to the CREDIT BUREARU that I was in good standing and paid you back in according to the arrangements. Two other women stated that they had been treated the same way regarding this incident and that they were forced to switch banks. More recently, I have never produced an id since I opened the account.

I get friendly service each time I visit. I love banking there. It's location is at a great place, plus the hours are good. I recommend this bank to anyone.
