Tom Broeker allows there to be ashtrays at every entrance to the courthouse. This is against the Iowa Smokefree Air Act. Because Mr. Broeker feels he has more power than state laws that were created to protect citizens from second-hand smoke, everyone who visits the courthouse can get all the nasty, cancer-causing exposure to tobacco smoke. Hat off to Tom for his criminal acts that override the laws of our state.
