I had an appointment today 08/31/2021 to get my teeth cleaned. I was there early to get the paperwork done. They x-rayed my teeth , inspected my teeth then informed me that they was not going to clean my teeth and I had to get another appointment and takeoff work yet again to get my teeth cleaned. I asked what my appointment was for today…if not for getting my teeth cleaned. I was told yes I have a one hour slot to get my teeth cleaned today , they claim I needed a deep cleaning. And Refused upon my request again to give me a standard cleaning while I was there. I will not return to a company that try’s charging my insurance for services not rendered. It’s called INSURANCE FRAUD !!!
