Dr. Guy is so nice and everyone in his office is so friendly and caring! I will never go anywhere else for my chiropractic care.

I'm hoping I don't have to enlist the services of Burlington Taxi again, at least until some things change. My driver this morning was grumpy, and detoured off the highway when we hit traffic. Traffic wasn't stopped, just moving slow. He left the highway and detoured all over New England (it seemed) and turned a 15-20 minute communte to nearly an hour. When I asked about our ETA, he yelled at me and told me I should be happy he left the highway and avoided traffic. I mentioned to him that even staying on the highway, we would have arrived at the destination much sooner. He sarcastically asked if I wanted him (still yelling) to turn back around. I told him to just get me there. He then commented that based on my destination, I shouldn't have stayed at the hotel I stayed at and he stated I should have stayed at another hotel closer to my destination (still yelling). He grumbled some more and 10 minutes later still I finally arrived at my destination. He then OVERCHARGED me by at least $20.00. I paid it because by that time I was much later than I anticipated and I was tired of disputing with him. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. The credit card company says they will do an inquiry and if their inquiry is consistent with my experience, they can settle with the taxi company,. The only reason I'm rating with one star is because one star is the lowest rating I can give.
