I am having the same issue as cehunt. I remember the old days when Metro Credit Union was all about its members. No more. The customer service has gone totally downhill as they continue to acquire more banks/credit unions. At this point, they really are no better than the bigger banks.

Tried logging in to my account to get a simple balance today, took me 20 minutes of waiting only to get error message. So then tried calling them directly only to be put into a maze of message choices, played that game for 15 minutes and when I got through to automated help and entered my account #, it told me my number was invalid!!, so I pressed the # it told me to to get live help, it told me there were 33 people ahead of me. I finally wrangled through to a live person and as I began telling her my story, she HUNG UP on me!!!!!! My Direct Deposit, after 10 YEARS, is coming OUT of this bank and going into another one!!!!! I don't need this type of service!!!!
