Becky's Hallmark Shop creates their own return policies since they are a franchise and do not have to follow the Hallmark Corporate Return policy. They are also biased and prejudice in their decision making when it comes to accepting returns. Their signs are purposely vague and the return policy is not listed on the receipt. This allows them to customize their decisions and make exceptions as they feel. Contemporary retailers have at the very least a 30 day return policy with a receipt. Not here. I would advise Becky to rethink how she treats her customers in an attempt to do a better job of retaining them in the rapidly declining card and gift industry.
