Extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this company at all! The gentleman gave me a time and date to pick my altered clothes back up (which was a weeks time frame) and not only were they not ready when he said they would be but, when I asked when they would be finished, the response was unapologetic and vague. If you are not going to complete your work on time and the customer is upset because they needed their items by a deadline, at least apologize for your misjudgment on the time frame you gave your customer.

Unprofessional and too expensive for alterations.

Don't trust this guy at all. I brought in a sport coat to have the sleeves let out and when I picked it up 3 days later he charged me $48! $48 for having the sleeves lengthened on a sport coat? The coat only cost me $35 on sale at JC Penny's. He gave me this ramble about how he had to spend 2 hours on it and that his quality is better then the rest and he doesn't give "lip service." The whole explanation of why it cost $48 was lip service. If it takes you 2 hours to let out the sleeves on a sport coat, you must not be a good tailor and if you charge $24 an hour for service, your extorting your customers. Needless to say, I will never bring my business to this place again and will tell people about this anytime I hear of someone looking for a tailor.
