I moved to Burlington about a year ago and this McDonald's is right around the corner from where we live, so for some time, we used it often. For the first few weeks, there were no problems. Afterwards, though, we started getting wrong orders, incomplete orders, wrong change (with attitude from the cashier) & in one instance where we had a wrong order & returned it, the girl at the window began arguing with us and when we asked for the manager, he practically went off on us (while my young son was in the car) like it was our fault. It took me calling a general manager the next day to get things straightened out. Needless to say, I have never gone back.

The cashier was really rude she yelled at my wife for not going to pick up her order when she had not even called it out to begin with she had a really nasty additude I honestly do not know why people apply for these jobs if they aren't even willing to treat people with the same respect that they are given.I will never go back and I sure will tell people about my bad experience there.
