After going thru a really bad period of two months, we were working on getting everything caught back up. Each utility company, my landlord and even another finance company worked with us and was very understanding. The manager at metrolina was the worst! He had the car towed when they payment wasn't even a entire month late.....wanted another 300 for the tow, and wouldn't work with us on making any payments, leaving us no other choice but to give the car back! I will never recommend this place to anyone and I hope misfortune never happens to him or his family when he will need the help of someone!!
