I recently had my tires replaced at NTB. They did an outstanding job. Great group of guys.

Just got a call from the store manager a few minutes ago. He called to check how car was driving, if I was happy with my purchase and thanked me for my business.

Now I am 65 years old and I have never had a repair shop call to inquire if I was happy. The answer is a resounding YES.....

I will continue to use NTB for ALL my vehicles needs.

YOU CAN TRUST THIS REPAIR SHOP. THEY WILL NOT CHEAT YOU.... Trust me I am not a trusting soul.

I wouldn't recommend anyone going here! They're out to get your money and that's all. Its always something with this place today I brought my Expedition for an inspection, I walked around the corner by the garage where my vehicle was and 3 or 4 techs were standing there saying fail it without even inspecting it. after I said something they put it on a lift and tried to tell me the ball Joints were bad, there isint even any play in them?? How would they be bad?, Next they tried to tell me I didn't replace the Tie Rod ends correctly he said it needed 2 locking nuts , When the factory ones came with 2 locking nuts and AFTER MARKET comes with only one... If they sell it with only ONE its been tested and safe. Honestly one star is way to high, If this was the only shop in town I would drive to a different town... Highly recommend voiding this place.
