I was very upset with my recent visit to this. I had an appointment and was rushed through the appointment. The lady seemed upset that i didn't want to spend 300 i did spend over 150. And didn't get one of the pictures i ordered and the picture with 3 in one was off centered and when i called to tell them i was told i should have checked to make sure everything was right before i left the store. But to come back and they would fix picture. I asked aboyt the one they didn't give me they told me i would have to pay another 20 for that picture. I went back today to get the picture fixed. Abd i was told there is nothing wrong with my picture but they printed anither one and once again had to watch there staff sit in front of the store eating there lunch. Overall i was not happy and will not go back.

The wait was terrible. Granted it is Holiday season. My family of 4 waited 1 hr & 5 mins after our appointment time before our pictures were started. Then another had to wait for the 2nd room. Photographer was nice, friendly and good at getting smiles. We DID NOT get our pictures in 15 mins as advertised. When my husband went in to pick up the pictures 15 minutes later, he was told the printer was broken, and they were not sure how long it would take to fix. I called asking about an extra sheet of pictures or something for the inconvience and I was told and I quote "I'm sorry things happen". I asked about a backup printer and was told "those things cost over 15k dollars, we don't have a backup". They were not nice nor helpful. I have to make another trip to pickup my pictures. So I paid more for no convience! If you really want pictures in 15 mins, don't go here! They're not even willing to throw in an extra holiday card after I dumped over $200 in their company. I'm normally not a person that complains or is impatient, but the treatment we received and the inconvience of this place was horrible!
