Merger of The Astrup Company and John Boyle & Company led to the formation of Tri Vantage in May 2007. Tri Vantage is an international supplier of specialty fabrics and hardware used in the manufacturing of awnings, structures, signs, casual furniture, tents, umbrellas and marine products. Its products are used for residential, commercial and architectural applications. The company serves customers through 15 state-of-the-art distribution centers in North America. Its partners include Trican Corp. and Tunali Tec. Tri Vantage is a member of the Industrial Fabrics Association International, International Sign Association, National Marine Manufacturers Association, National Association of Decorative Fabric Distributors and Specialty Graphic Imaging Association.
