We (mom, aunt, and myself) went to the Blue Claw eatery on a Tuesday evening. The atmosphere was congested. I ordered one blue crab to sample. I wasn't presented with the sized crab I had chosen (a much smaller crab was presented). The food was terrible. Crab meat was dehydrated and hard . I couldn't taste the suggestion of seasoning (old bay). I then ordered broiled shrimp, they were probably reheated also, as they were like chewing rubber, they were over cooked! shrimp was dry, and void of seasoning. The food wasn't freshly prepared. Steaming crabs after boiling, makes the crab meat tough and dry. The blue crab I ordered looked as though Rigamortis had definitely set in. Blue crabs need to be re-boiled in old bay seasoning, and served hot and juicy, and not steam heated. As long as we waited, I thought the food was freshly prepared. It was our first time at the Blue Claw eatery.
We waited about 45 minuted for our meal. The food was a big disappointment, it was cold, and tasteless, not worth the wait.
I wouldn't feed my cat the mess they serve at the Blue Claw. What a waste of $114.75. This seafood eatery is highly over rated!!! After leaving, I then realized, we were never served our salads.The Chinese buffet would have been a better choice!

This place doesn't deserve one star!!!
Don't waste your time or money there!
