R and L Carriers provide poor customer service. The company called to schedule a delivery time for a vanity I purchased. They said they delivered between 9 and 5 daily and no Saturdays, which I requested. I requested the item be delivered at 5:00 P.M. because I work and live alone so there is no one to receive the furniture and inspect it. They refused to be flexible or show any concern for my situation. They didn't even offer to call an hour ahead of time so that maybe I could arrive home before they came. Both customer service representative and supervisors were rude.
