Try to support local businesses so left a big name chain to have my dogs groomed here. Have given owner allot of business but since one of thier groomers left have had nothing but problems. My dog is anxious and apparently was not at ease during the grooming and was nipping the groomer. I was informed when I picked them up once that they don't take biters and we needed to sedate our pet if she has anxiety problems! They charged me full price and her nails were never cut and they didn't finish grooming her properly! The owner was quite short with me when I picked my dogs up. Gave them several chances to redeem themselves and now I have changed to a more compassionate groomer. A groomer who actually got down on the floor when I brought my dog in to get to know her and make her comfortable before taking her to the crate in the back. This new groomer also told me not to medicate my pup, simply take her for a long walk before coming in.
