GREAT store! Great service!

For so many years now I have known Blair.His expertise with all things related to computers & home entertainment never ceases to amaze my family & I !!I have so many good stories of his quick response to my many & ongoing computer Needs!!Even my girls have coined a phrase at our house - " time to call Blair again!!"Without a doubt he is our computer wizard!! (:

Once again Lake Champlain Computer Services came through for me. When my daughter in law called to say she tried feeding her keyboard a glass of milk, I knew who to call. Blare came to the rescue and she is back on schedule with her school work.

Lake Champlain Computers is best. Blair is very helpful. I had my two computers repaired by Lake Champlain computers and they are working very good. If I have any questions regarding computers I will call Lake Champlain Computers.

I have had occasion to use the services of Lake Champlain Computer Services three or four times and have had exceptional treatment each time. Blair is responsive - shows up when he says he will and is available by phone for any further consultation necessary. His prices are extremely reasonable; he stands behind his work and any product that he sells -(even beyond the manufacturer's warranty in one case!) I would and do recommend Lake Champlain Computer Services to everyone!

I've lived in Essex for a while now and have been seeking a good computer place for several years. Many of the big chain companies like Best Buy charge a ridiculous amount for minor fixes to my PC, I also tried a local computer shop where I was charged a very high amount. I finally was driving past the DMV and saw a sign that read "Lake Champlain Computer Services". The same day I decided to bring my computer in and have it looked at, the owner was extremely clear about what the problem was and very friendly as well. It was nice to have someone actually sit down with me and explain what was wrong and give me accurate pricing on the part and tell me how much the repair would actually cost. I will continue to bring my computer to LCCS whenever I have a problem with my computer, I highly recommend Lake Champlain Computer Services to anyone with a pc issue of any kind.

I know the owner very well and always bring my computer to LCCS when I need any sort of repair done on my computer. Blair is extremely trustworthy and a great business owner, he explains exactly what the problem may be and gives you the customer experience one would expect from a local business.
