This place is a dump. The hottest setting isn't even lukewarm no matter what time of day you are there. Half the dryers don't get hot. They don't sell bleach because they don't want the ware on the machines. They spray some vinegar in the machines once a day but they still smell like wet dog. It's very unsanitary. The washers are small and expensive.



Half the machines have a quirk or a problem only the staff knows how to fix (door error codes that require you to slam the door more than any sane person would try and dryers that require you to put the quarter in 15 times before it takes it.) The bathroom door is usually locked and they don't have soap or paper towels or a hand dryer. There is almost never anyone on duty when I'm there.



I got a door error code after putting money in and gave up after several tries. The attendant knew all about the issue and agreed to refund me, but someone else got it to work later with my money, so he did not end up refunding me. I've been unhappily spending $30 a week in this gross pit for 8 years and it never gets any better. You can get a much better wash for the same price with less attitude anywhere else in town. It's worth a longer trip somewhere else.
