Gross incompetence on all levels!!!

Purchased items over the phone. 2 weeks later, no sign of my packages. Called to inquire and my items were never shipped. Finally got them to ship it. Shipment comes and only 2 of the 3 items were in there. Called again, they don't have that product in their store. No empathy, no apologies, and no customer service. Sales associates are snot-nosed bitches born with silver spoons in their mouth. Other than the manager, Jason and the shipping guy, Mark, this store sucks!!!!!!!!!
