I always liked the folks at Tick Tock. I bought an antique ring there for my girlfriend with a moonstone and diamonds that she loved. I also bought new watch bands for my Tag Heuer there twice. The second time, though, didn't go well. When I picked up the watch, I noticed condensation on the inside of the crystal and the stopwatch feature was no longer working. They were adamant that all they had done was replace the band. I just got an estimate from a jeweler here in Milwaukee who says it will cost $480 to repair my watch. I don't know what happened at Tick Tock, but I do know the watch seemed fine when I dropped it off and was far from fine when I picked it up.

We visited the store last week end when we were in Burlington and, as always, the employees were absolutely wonderful. We live in Connecticut but bring all of our jewelry to this fabulous store. The people are always so helpful and we appreciate the personal touch! Thank you!!

Do not go to Tick Tock! I have never been treated so unprofessionally. The owner was rude and insulting because I could not find the tiny stub for my watch repair. I will never go back!
