This is by far the best spot in Burlington. TRAT there is no substitute.

I recently arranged a rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding and chose Trattoria Delia almost entirely by the charming pictures on their website. Because I am in Houston and have never been to Burlington I thought it would be challenge. With just a few phone calls, everything was arranged and, when we arrived, I went by to take a look. The pictures on the website don't do the warm atmosphere justice - it is an absolutely darling location.



The food was literally about the best I have ever tasted and I have traveled all over the world. With a total of about 60 guests, I was concerned that the food might have that mass produced feeling that sometimes results when serving a large crowd. Each dish tasted as if it had been specially prepared for that individual person. The selection of courses was excellent and the service was just perfection. I've never been so pleased in my life. It was so wonderful, my husband and I went back for a nice dinner alone the night after the wedding and they were so gracious it was the perfect last day to top off a wonderful trip.



We are now looking for opportunities to go back and are thinking seriously about an annual visit just to eat at Trattoria Delia.
