Everyone here is wonderful! I appreciate the kindess and welcoming atmosphere. Wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

When my pet is sick I love to bring it in to Banfield The Pet Hospital because of the great service and comforting situation.

The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable

I have my 2 dogs enrolled in their wellness plans and it save me money and the staff are all nice. When I had to put one of my dogs down, they all were compassionate and the vet even cried. They are all pet lovers and it shows.

The service was very friendly and responsive. They treated my pet Rodney very nicely and she is doing very well after her comprehensive exam and dental work.

Love the staff at Burlington WA Banfield. They Rock! My puppy loves them too.

Molly, Heather, and Dr Quam were VERY understanding to my pets needs as well as having concern for my pets well being. All were very friendly.

I brought my puppy in minutes befire closing because the vet I normally take him to was closed. Skiba (my dog) was acting really strange. Lethargic, weak etc. I was a bit of a mess and they got him checked out took his blood to run tests the next morning and were able to clear up a lot of my concerns. I came in almost hysterical and left a lit mire confident that my best friend was going to be ok.

Great service, remembered my pets name and were very friendly.

I felt like the staff enjoyed being with me and my dog. They explained things in detail and answered any questions or concerns that I may have had to my satisfaction. My pets are family and I expect them to receive as good of care as me or my son would receive at a medical facility. I felt like that was achieved during this visit.

Everyone at this office is very nice, they take the time to listen to my questions and dont try to rush me out. They are also very good with my dog.

The ladies at the desk were prompt and friendly and informative as was the vet and her assistant.

The assistant and the vet both, went beyond to try and help me accomplish what we needed at the best price possible. Also the vet assistant was fantastic in listening to me regarding my Rottie's behavior issues. And Dr. Quam also lent her experience. I was hesitant to stay with Banfield because I was a little disappointed in a previous experience in another town. The front desk girl was really helpful also.

My dog Charolette was having seizures and we had this as an initial appt. to draw blood work and started a new eating plan for what the vet asst. thought was hypoglycemia. After 2 more visits we got the blood work back and got her on Prenisoine and kept the new eating plan every 3 hrs. The day before we got the blood work back Charlotte had a seizure that lasted an hour and half, so far since getting the meds Charlotte hasn't had any seizures. The vet assistant very great in getting us the help we needed and understanding that our finances weren't bottomless.

very friendly staff that is always happy to see my dogs, vet and assistants are very nice explain all procedures and prices with me.

we have three pets and have them all on the insurance that banfield offers, we love the location, love the two vets we have met, love everything about this office! we have used the groomers as well and were pretty satisfied w them as well! i have told all my friends about this great clinic and i know of one that brings her two dogs there now too!

They knew my name and my pet's name. They were prompt in getting my prescription for my pet filled.
