The instant maple raisin oatmeal with flax is absolutely delicious. For some reason, it reminds me of malto-meal, maybe because of the flax? The packaging is stronger than most instants, which I appreciated. My big disappointment, though, is that even though the box was still sealed shut, when I opened it, there were only 4 servings, not the 6 it says on the box. That certainly makes it more expensive, and I worry how stringent your quality control measures are, for this to go unnoticed; it weighs 1/3 less than the other boxes you make! My first experience with gluten free. I would like a couple free boxes, actually, as it is so tasty!! Burlington, WA. WOW...I grew up in Skagit County, from 5 to 50 years of age!
