If I could give this no stars I would. This property management company put the first renter in our home with: 1) no rental history, 2) a ""glowing" recommendation that he was a good candidate and responsible."

Well, he stopped paying rent after three months - it then took 6 to 8 months to get him out of the house, including legal proceedings because he had more rights than WE did.

We have seen no money from this man or collections. It's been two years. Initially, for the first two months - consecutively - the property manager failed to notify us that rent had not been paid on our home. And as we were out of the country at the time, and do not check banks from overseas internet terminals, we discovered it THREE months in. So as soon as we arrived home we had a balance of $83 in our mortgage account with a mortgage payment of $1100 due in two weeks. Because we do automatic payment of our mortgage, the account slowly dwindled out of all our "cushion" funds in the event that something like this DID happen while we were out of the country, but three months with NO notification??!! Inexcusable! Needless to say, we were very angry.

Property management agents at Piazza have been almost impossible to contact, ours never gets back to us when we leave messages, and we had a plumbing issue at our home and it took six weeks to get the issue rectified. I don't know why there have been such fantastic reviews about this business on other sites, and I'm not sure if there's a change in management or ownership, but whatever's happened this business has gone very much downhill. It seems as though if you do not live in Skagit County, they are incapable of doing their job - which is property management, and with that comes the responsibility of getting things fixed when needed, getting things taken care of that need done, keeping up with the renters & keeping us the owners up to speed on what's going on.

We PAY for that service. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT means managing our property because we are not in the state anymore. So we pay for....for what? For them to siphon money off of us each month for taking rent and depositing it? Because THAT is all they really do.

What a way to treat a retired Navy veteran and his family. Unbelievable...

Kathy Piazza is a joke. We've been trying to get a response from her office for 3 days and she's always too busy, in meetings, or not in. She leaves early and doesn't have a set schedule. This company is a joke and once my lease is up, I'm never coming back

I rented for years from Piazza and had a great experience, I then purchased a property and now have them manage it for me, they are very professional and get the job done!

I have known Kathy since 2009. She has helped me with a rental and I have referred her to many people I know. She is the only Property management company I refer to in Skagit County.

I rented a beautiful, old 2 story home in Sedro Woolley for a year and a half. The rental agent (s) were very responsive when I needed repairs, which weren't very often. I really liked that they would periodically inspect the property to ensure that 1) I was properly caring for the house, and 2) to ensure everything was in proper working order. They were very professional and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend renting from Piazza Realty Property Management.

I have rented from this company for 5 years and whenever I needed something fixed, they always helped me without hesitation. I will always stay loyal to them because of their great service which is hard to find these days.

My interface, from search to living in a brand new townhouse, with all amenities, from office staff, to lease manager to grounds, to construction & adjustments, this company has been outstanding. They've been professional, helpful, and exactly what I would expect -- and I am particular. Piazza Prop Mgmt has performed with such good intentions and follow through, I am thankful they are available. pb

Have no regard to the issues of the renters regarding fixing plumbing,wiring,heating etc... Only thing they are interested in it seems is profit.
