This business is exceptional: honest, quality work. After my brand new Mazda went on a date with a deer, I took it to another place in Burlington ‘recommended’ by my insurance company (cough Lynch cough). That location wanted to Bondo the dent in the hood and replace other parts with aftermarket pieces, and didn’t even notice some other underlying problems. I’m rather particular about my car, so at the recommendation of three different friends, took the car to Jim’s. Not only did Jim immediately decide that all the parts need to be replaced rather than Bondo filled, he worked with my insurance company to get the quote adjusted, and used OEM parts. The work is completely undetectable, the Mazda looks like it has never seen a deer in its life, and it came back to me cleaner inside and outside than when I dropped it off. Everything is back to zoom-zoom.
