Little Nicky's was sent to troubleshoot my brand new dishwasher. Technician Jay E. was professional and got my dishwasher to work. He arrived later than the 3 hour window which was originally scheduled but with the unforseen hold time with manufacturers and customers asking him to check other items in their house unexpectedly...I can understand. I'm guilty because he tried to quick fix my ice maker too. The ice maker wasn't a quick fix so he told me what to try on my own. If that doesn't work I'll definitely call Little Nicky's back. Jay explained the third and last possibility to get ice maker working. Very knowledgeable.

Nick came into my home to repair a brand new range. He damaged it opening the top. He told me he would order the part and it would take about two weeks. Its been over a month now. He wont take my calls. I called frigidaire to get help from them and was told they are not responsible for the people they send to your home. I would not trust this man to flush my toilet. I will not ever purchase another frigidaire product. I give him a -10 star rating but had to click one for the web page to post this review.
