Provided by YP.comThe phone number listed in the phone book and internet is NOT the correct number. Our residence has had this number for almost 3 years and we are annoyed day and night for a wrecker.
Please do NOT call the phone number. I often have more than 20 messages a week and I am called at 2:30 in the morning for a wrecker. Please do NOT call this number. This number is no longer correct.

Provided by YP.comThey had an old service truck for sale on Craigslist. I emailed them to verify the price and if it was still available. they told me that the price was right and that it was still available. then we called them to verify again the availability and price and told them we would be coming over to pick it up the next morning. They said that would be fine that they opened at eight and that they would be waiting for us. we traveled 120 miles round trip spent on gas and toll road fees to get there when we showed up the next morning she took one look at who was buying the truck and upped the selling price by 700 dollars gave us some story about why she could not sell it for the posted price...very unethical business! there word means nothing to them One price for some people and a higher price for others. I wouldn't let them work on my lawn mower.

Provided by YP.comI blew the sensor out of the side of my power steering pump, while I was in Austin. Called Hill Country, and they sent their wrecker (Garry's Wrecker Service)IMMEDIATELY. They towed me back, and ordered the sensor the same day.
The sensor came in the next morning, they were quick about fixing it, and had my car back to me in no time.
They gave me a break on the labor, and were very fast and courteous with me.
They will always have my loyalty and business.
This is just one of the MANY times that HCT has saved me, and I will not use ANY other shop for any of my vehicles!
5 STARS!!!

Provided by YP.comMy vehicle was recently taken into Hill Country for a repair. Long story short, after two-weeks my vehicle sitting in their shop and them telling me to replace various parts and spent over $600 they told me just to come pick my vehicle up, they couldn't get it running and couldn't figure it out. I then had to have my vehicle towed to a dealership in Austin who immediately figured out the problem and determined the very first part they put in was not only the wrong part, but it was also faulty (determined by simple test with a multi-meter). I called in and explained this and requested a refund and was told by their tow truck driver Terry to send in the faulty part back and they would refund my money for the faulty part only. So now two weeks later I called in and spoke to Gina and I was told I could come pick up my money among yelling other things, but they would have the police waiting on me for harassment and next time just take it to the dealer, then she hung up on me. NEVER once was I rude, raised my voice or any such. This has by far been the worst experience I have ever had with any business. The most short tempered, disrespectful people I have ever talked to!
