My parents were delighted to find a groomer within an hour from them so they no longer had to drive 2 hours, however, after receiving the verbal treatment they did, they never went back. Jan knew that day they may not return and guess what? After the "missed" appointment she called to talk rude again-not a great way to win customers or positive word of mouth...especially in such a small community. She may know how to groom, but she doesn't know how to swoon!

Jan did a great job on my yorkie. now i bring her every 6 weeks. thank you Jan. she also does large dogs, she's groomed a few of my friends large dogs and did a great job.....
