If Cornerstone manages your property funds, watch them like a hawk! They will rip you off every which way they can -- through utility billing systems, extra fees and increased water and electricity charges will make their way into Cornerstone's pockets. "Third Party" Lakeland Building services (a.k.a. Cornerstone's owner's 2nd business) will hire send out workers paid $20/hr, but charge the property over $100/hr in some cases! These workers are hired off Craigslist and have ruined property elements, both within units and in common areas, including roofing.Go elsewhere--there are other companies that won't pad their personal wallets with your dues and ruin your home!!
