Provided by YPmobileThe underground garage is filthy and my car is covered with dirt. The neighbors play music day and night...loud. The place is kept up very well. The halls are vacuumed every day. Maintained well but tenants are sloppy. They drop gum, candy wrappers etc.in the hall.
