Best Frames ever. The staff was amazing. They knew what I wanted before I did. Very Hip, cool glasses. Tom and Jason are the best. They treated us like royalty. My mom and I bought 5 pairs of glasses before we were done. We got compliments before we even left the mall. Thanks so much!!!

I am writing this to tell you how impressed I was with your employee Maureen. I bought a wonderful pair of glasses from you and I loved them but I couldn't see very well. I assumed at first that I would get used to them. Them I assumed there was a problem with the fact theat they slid down my nose. At any rate, I took them back to the shop the day before I left for Florida. Maureen spent so much time with me trying to get everything perfect. She impressed me with her attention to detail. She even sent my glasses all the way to Florida without charging me a penny more. I got them and they are perfect and I LOVE THEM! She is just terrific. I will come back for any other frames I may need to get them just from her. She gave me careful attention, found a problem, corrected it and sent out the right things. I congratulate her for going the extra mile. I'm so grateful. Thank you.

I have a good experience, although the frame I chose did appear to be the same as the one from the Oliver Peoples shop in San Diego. The sales associate ordered it. It wasn't what I wanted so I hinted at order the same style in a different color and I felt he didn't want to do it. Why not? I don't like paying for something and then I don't like it. To avoid asking him to do this, I went with another Oliver Peoples style. Really would have liked to see the first style in a different color.

Excellent service at the Burnsville location that I bought 2 pairs of glasses at. Great selection of glasses compared to other places. Bifocals were made correctly as I have gone to other shops and the vision has been off. Thank you and I will be recommending it to others.
