We've worked with other security service providers and are very pleased with Trans Alarm's responsiveness and quality service. Our previous provider wouldn’t even call back when our system malfunctioned and was beeping continually. I actually had to call our previous security company’s outsourced monitoring provider to make sure we were still being monitored. That’s when we decided to switch. Trans Alarm had us switched over very quickly. And because they provide their own monitoring services, I am never concerned that we’re not protected while we’re away.

It is impossible to get anyone to call you from this company. I have been trying to give them more business by purchasing more equipment, but cant get anyone to call me. I also had them out for service and finally recieved a bill 2 months later with a late charge. They need to improve their customer service.
