Excellent service and product selection
I have been a customer at burnt Hills hardware for 20 years. Their knowledgeable staff has been helpful with providing very specific and hard to find hardware items. Competent staff have also provided me with techniques and processes and how to fix things and apply hardware products. Pricing has been good. Lawnmower and chainsaw service has been excellent. Employees have been friendly and accommodating without exception. Highly recommended in all aspects

I bought a 5,900.dollar Simplicity tractor from them. the first time using it the deck literally fell apart. I loaded it back up and they brought out bolts and said this should work and made me fix it... Then another time the deck would not raise because again another part came off. I brought it back. The owner accused me of doing it to myself to the tractor!!! Basically calling me a liar saying I rough with my new tractor!!!! Really!!! So I tried to forget that happen... Then my sister who lives right around the corner needed her locks rekeyed. So I went to Ace Hardware in Burnt Hills and looked to see if they could cut me a new key because this lockset does not need to be removed to be rekeyed. So they couldn't cut a new key So i saw they sold the same Schlage Lock sets. So I was going to buy the same lockset to use the keys to have 4 new ones cut. That is when the employee
