Not to Be Trusted

My senior citizen mother who lives in low income apartments had to have her car towed during the Polar vortex snow storm. All Automotive came and towed her car to their shop. Her battery was dead and she had a flat tire which is covered by the insurance company. They fixed the tire and jumped the car and it started. All automotive claims that they had to do further “diagnostics” to make sure the head gasket wasn’t cracked and other possible things could be wrong. They charged her $50 over and above the fee they receive from the insurance. After the car started that should have been the end of it. Autozone runs diagnostics for free with a little hand held device that you attach to the car. All Automotive did not do any diagnostics. Do not use this business they will screw you.

worst experience ever I would not even give them a star but you have to give them something the tow truck came out and broke a piece of my car and they won't even say that they did it or even try to fix it and when the tow truck did get here he tried to rip me off I'm trying to get more money out of me saying they need special parts to haul it call around other tow truck companies they don't say that they might need special parts they're dishonest they lie they break things and then they'll say it's your fault I would never call them for a tow truck or to get repairs worst place ever

This is the hest auto service company with in 100 miles!!!! I don't usually write reviews but had to for these great people!!!!! Thank you Mel and Bob for getting me in right away and fixing my ford f 250 diesel!!!! If I could gice 10 stars I would thank you so much!!!!

Prompt service but the tow truck driver cause damage and would not admit that he did it even though I saw the damage happen. He said"the damage was there" . Well I called the manager and she dismissed my complaint and said "call your insurance company". I filed a complaint with my insurance company. Damage was minor and fixed for free at a collision shop.

Appreciated the prompt, courteous and expert service on a Sunday night in October 2013 on I-75. Very reasonable price.
