First I contacted Nord's Satellite about removing a tower antenna that had broken loose from my house and was resting on a branch of a pine tree in my yard. A estimator came out and told me it would by around $250.00 and he would climb the antenna to remove it in sections. First thing I said was I don't want a around figure I want to know how much is it going to cost me? (Exactly!). He then said he'd go talk with the boss and see if he is going to rent a boom. That's another $250.00. I questioned why would he rent a boom if your going to climb it. He said the boss will contact me later that day and left. Still waiting on that call. Actually after that encounter with the so called estimator I went inside and contacted Greg (the owner) from Bruce's. He asked me to send him some pictures and he would get back with me. About 45 min's. later he called and said it would be $200.00 and that they would drop it in the yard. He said he could be here in a couple of days if that was OK with me. They came on time, did what he said they would do and left me a happy customer. I highly recommend this company. Great service and very friendly people.
