I visit this burger king often. Typically it is with my children and friends with their children. Several times I have overlooked unleanliness and unprofessionalism. There have been cases where I have actually had to clean tables my self after asking for assistants. On this instance it was much more. Upon arrival there were bare foot prints on the table tops. Trash was over flowing. This is in the kids play Area! Then there were somewhere around 6 kids in the area unsupervised. These children were fighting, crying, screaming and all around just misbehaving. I was afraid to let my smaller children play because a few of these kids were too big to even be allowed in this area. Also these children seemed to be allowed to eat whatever they desired. They filled up on shakes and pies. Several moments later one boy began to vomit in this area where my children were. My boyfriend went to the counter and he was informed that a few employees did not have a babysiitter so they had to bring there children to work!!! So we packed up my children in the car. At this point I went in and asked for upper management for a contact number for there corporate office. They refused to give me any such number. The manager was rude and was rolling her eyes at me. When I told her what the problem was she said the kids WERE being supervised... News to me, from what I could see they had free run of the place. Suggestion would be for the manager to be less incompitant. This could have been more easily resolved had to be curtious and not rude. I will never ever set my foot back in this place and if you want a safe and clean environment for your kids to play than I would suggest that you take them elsewhere. I will be heading to Lapeer from now on. Also if you cant afford a babysitter, or just need one. Burger King is the new place to go!
