Be very careful to understand exactly what has been written in your "contract". We asked them to remodel our bathroom and expected to have fixtures in similar proximities to the walls as we currently had. Apparently it was decided by the sales guy to move the sinks closer to the walls. Not being a contract I did not know the correlation between the size cabinet and the placement of the fixtures, but they put in a smaller cabinet that forced the sinks to be closer to the walls. Since the contract actually states the size of the cabinets, I was forced to accept this as a finished project, even though the lights above the sinks are no long centered and my should is right up against the wall.

In addition to this, we had repeatedly asked for a wider linen cabinet than the 24" one that showed up. When questioned about this the sales guy admitted he forgot and then told us he would pay the $1,000 it was going to cost to get the correct size cabinet. In a subsequent conversation with him, I asked if he could make the cabinet deeper also, since the wall it was to be mounted on had to be moved further back for mechanical reasons. I told him I would pay the difference if there was any. He told me the next day that making the cabinet 24" deep, instead of the planned 15", was going to now cost $2,000. I called a few distributors of the cabinet maker and was told there wasn't a cost differential between the two depths. When confronted with this information the salesman backed down and did not charge us for the replacement cabinet.

This is definitely a buy beware situation. Good luck, if you choose them for your remodel.

I contacted them on Monday, they came out that afternoon, by Wednesday my tub had been converted into a beautiful walk-in shower. I love it!!!
